Wright Express Increases Power of WEXOnline®
SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE - Wright Express has set a new industry standard for online programs with the latest upgrade of WEXOnline®, a comprehensive account management tool designed to help fleet managers save time and money. Wright Express LLC, the nation's leader in providing fleet management services, said the enhancements make the online program even more sophisticated and provide more of the tools requested by customers such as real-time access to reports and customizable card level limits to combat costly misuse. Already, WEXOnline is the only online tool in the industry that allows users to perform account maintenance functions and view detailed transaction reports from a single, integrated platform.
"We take pride in offering the most comprehensive, powerful online product in the fleet card industry," said Michael E. Dubyak, president and chief executive officer of Wright Express. "WEXOnline is a tool that helps our customers work better, smarter and more efficiently. These enhancements are simply another way we work with customers to provide complete customer service."
Among the enhancements made to WEXOnline are: purchase alerts delivered via email to quickly inform managers of potential card misuse, the ability to access and view vehicle analysis reports online, invoices that immediately post online at the end of the billing cycle, and the option to eliminate paper reports in favor of online access. Transaction details available in online reports include purchase information, driver information, vehicle information and station information. In addition, many users can use WEXOnline to find the lowest priced gasoline in an area.
WEXOnline is already a powerful account maintenance tool that allows users to perform functions such as adding and deleting card users and performing other account changes all online.
Wright Express offers a how-to video for drivers, a special handbook for fleet managers and online help. The new WEXOnline officially launches July 29. "There is not another online product available in our industry that offers the level of sophisticated features, simplicity and value to customers as WEXOnline," Dubyak said.
The upgrade to WEXOnline is one part of a major technology initiative now underway at Wright Express that will greatly enhance the features and products the company can offer to customers and streamline all aspects of customer interface with the company. Wright Express has begun implementing elements of the upgrade and will continue to implement new technology into 2004.
