Petro Stopping Centers Now Accept Wright Express Card

SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE (November 30, 2004) -Wright Express has announced an acceptance agreement that will enable Wright Express customers to use their Wright Express Fleet Card at all 60 Petro Stopping Center locations nationwide. The agreement provides Wright Express, the nation's top provider of fleet cards and fleet management services, with even broader acceptance at key locations used by heavy truck fleets.

“We are pleased to welcome Wright Express customers to Petro,” said Petro Stopping Centers Chief Operating Officer Jim Cardwell. “Our full service facilities are uniquely suited for the needs of professional drivers, no matter the type of vehicle or the size of the fleet they drive for.”

Petro joins the more than 45,000 diesel retail locations nationwide currently in the WEX network, including more than 7,000 truck stops that already accept the Wright Express Fleet card. “This agreement represents another step in our plan to expand our heavy truck market presence," said Michael Dubyak, president of Wright Express.
