Wright Express Call Center Makes Top 100 Call Center List
SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine, Jun 03, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Wright Express Corporation has announced that its call center recently made the Top 100 Call Center list after participating in the 15th Annual Call Center Benchmarking Study conducted by BenchmarkPortal and The Center for Customer-Driven Quality. Wright Express ranked 20th in the smaller centers (fewer than 100 agents) category. BenchmarkPortal has the largest database of call center metrics in the world and includes thousands of participants. The Center for Customer-Driven Quality(TM) (CCDQ), founded at Purdue University, is internationally recognized as the premier research and educational organization for customer contact best practices.
