Wright Express names new Government Account Manager
Industry veteran Veronica L. Collins will draw on her experience to cultivate and expand partnerships with state and municipal fleets
SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE (April 15, 2004) — Wright Express has tapped industry veteran Veronica L. Collins as its new Government Account Manager.
Collins, who has worked at Wright Express for more than a decade, will oversee the company's existing 19 state accounts and work to develop partnerships with new state and municipal fleets. Collins will also be responsible for Wright Express' annual Government Fleet Advisory Board meetings, and will represent Wright Express at key industry events. She will report directly to Bernie Kavanagh, Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
Wright Express is the nation's leading provider of fleet management services and has developed specialized programs to handle the needs of government fleets, including tax exemption reports and online account management. Collins, a graduate of the University of Maine, has held several positions at Wright Express, developing experience in both sales and operations functions. Most recently, she was a senior district sales manager in the Midwest.
