forces with leader in the fleet card business

Express Corporation (NYSE: WXS), a leading provider of payment
processing and information management services to the U.S. commercial
and government fleet industry, announced today that it has launched a
new universal card program for leading fuels distributor PetroCard.
The universal card program will provide PetroCard's customers with
convenient access to a larger network of stations across PetroCard's
service area.

have substantially increased our market penetration in the Pacific
Northwest to the point where we needed to further expand our card

Through the partnership, PetroCard will also realize the benefits of
integrating and utilizing Wright Express' Telapoint supply chain

management at many of the company's bulk facilities.
Wright Express is a leading provider of fleet and corporate charge
cards. Flexible, pre-set cardholder limits and robust data capture from
each card transaction will provide PetroCard customers with valuable
information to better manage corporate expenses.
